2017 ANZAC Day Commemorations
The Australian and New Zealand Consulates General will be hosting ANZAC Day commemorations in Shanghai on Tuesday 25 April 2017 (6:00-6:45am). Members of the public are welcome to lay a wreath – please notify us beforehand.

Appointments can be booked via https://acgsh.setmore.com/. Passport appointments are available Monday to Friday. Notarial services appointments are available Tuesday to Thursday afternoons.Please make your booking at least one week in advance. Appointments are not required for passport collection or for emergency consular/passport services.

Applying for an Australian Passport
Passport appointments are available Monday to Friday and should be booked more than one week in advance usinghttps://acgsh.setmore.com/.
At the Shanghai Consulate-General Passport Fees can only be paid using mPOS (Apple Pay, Alipay & WeChat Pay), Chinese ATM cards and most international credit cards. We can not accept American Express cards without a UnionPay symbol and can not accept cheques or cash.
Fees can vary each month due to changes in the exchange rate. Overseas passport applications include a surcharge.
